Make professional connections and lifelong friends

Getting involved in a Kelley student organization is a great way to explore how your unique passions overlap with the world of business. You will learn firsthand one of business's best lessons: the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts.

If you have a specific business interest, more than likely there’s a student organization that will help you explore that interest further—and give you the powerful professional experience your future employers expect.

Find a Kelley organization that fits your passion

Student organizations may require a certain attire for presentations, career networking, events, and more. Here's the Kelley Undergraduate guidelines for attire to help represent your best self.

Business dress, defined

Present your authentic and most confident self in clothing that meets Kelley Undergraduate Program guidelines.

Four Kelley students from diverse backgrounds model business professional attire for men and women, including coordinated blouses, shirts, and suits in black, navy, and white.

  • Neatly pressed, tailored, business suit in dark or neutral colors
  • Coordinated blouse, or button-down dress shirt with tie
  • Coordinated pants or knee-length skirt
  • Professional, clean, closed-toed shoes or walkable heels
  • Dress or trouser socks; avoid ankle or athletic socks

Business casual attire for men and women is modeled by four Kelley students from diverse backgrounds, including a variety of combinations of shirts and pants in complementary colors.

  • Clean and unwrinkled button-down shirt, blouse, or polo shirt
  • Sweater or cardigan
  • Knee-length dress
  • Pressed khaki or dark pants (no holes or tears)
  • Knee-length skirts
  • Jeans should be avoided until you’ve confirmed they are acceptable in specific contexts

Please note: No jeans. No shorts. These are not approved for business casual attire.
