Today's leaders must have the skills to lead within diverse environments to ensure all stakeholders are respected and included. The LDEI co-major, which must be paired with another Kelley undergraduate major, focuses on ensuring students can create and lead diverse organizations. A 2018 Deloitte study found that inclusive leadership enhances team performance, decision-making, and collaboration; thus, the capacity for inclusive leadership is a critical component of management success and leadership viability.
